create a bridge, so many weaknesses joining together to form one solid strenght. Our organizationt |

was founded by Brod Manuel "Boy" Chua, Roger Sarmiento, Noli Manalo, Obet Posadas, Teddy De |
| Lara, Renato Go, and Arnel Lim at the University of Sto. Tomas our mother Chapter. Also the Junior |
| Chapter at University of the East headed by Bro. Jun Pasaporte and William Ho with the name of |
| DELTA KAPPA RHO and was constituted on the said date but was change the name to |
| ALPHA KAPPA RHO on August 08, 1973 |
| The organization was registered with the SECURITIES and EXCHANGE COMMISSION as |
| non-profit and non-dividend Corporation with the name of ALPHA KAPPA RHO BROTHERHOOD |
| ORGANIZATION, INC. dated February 26, 1994 at the P.U.P. main office of ALPHA KAPPA |
| RHO-NCR. The ALPHA KAPPA RHO was the first humanitarian organization to be chartered |

in the Philippines... |
